CNC Lathe Machinist: (night-shift)

We are currently looking to hire a highly capable lathe operator with extensive knowledge of machining parts related to the oil & gas industry. The individual must be a self-starter, have at least 8 years' experience operating cnc lathes and must be confident doing setups without supervision. Due to the nature of our business, we are looking for someone who is comfortable machining a wide variety of components, many of which will include various API tapered threads, ring or dovetail grooves and sealing surfaces to very tight tolerances and should also be similarly confident in using inspection tools to measure such features. Previous experience in using large steady rests and tailstocks is a definite requirement as is familiarity with Fanuc or Okuma controls. Must have own tools.
